Counting Crows is one of my favorite bands. And of course
their chat room is where I met my husband. :-) I have seen them live once. But I can't wait till I get to see
them again! They are coming to North Carolina in October, the day after our one year anniversary. So guess what we are doing that day??
This will be the first time Tony will see them live. Can't wait to share that experience with him! Update: Tony and I went to see Counting
Crows when they came to NC with Live. Tony and I absolutely loved the show! Adam and the boys still got it!
Check them out!
Sarah McLachlan is another favorite of mine. I absolutely love her voice! I could listen to her music for hours and hours.
I have also seen Sarah live. What an awesome concert! I unfortunately had to attend the concert by myself because something came up with my
friend. But that didn't matter. I still enjoyed myself. Even found myself singing along. Hard not to! Check out Sarah's page!
Jewel is another artist I love. I love her first album,
Pieces of You. Tony and I had the opportunity to see her in concert. The only problem
with the show is we were too far from the stage! :-) Here is her official page.
And there is Sister Hazel. They just keep getting better and better with each new album! I fell in love with
Change Your Mind from their new
album,
Fortress. I saw Sister Hazel in a small club. After a sound problem the show finally started an hour and a half
after it was suppose to. But it was well worth the wait! The small club scene was much better!! Check them out and find out a little more about them!
"It's 3am and I must be lonely." Aw, familiar lyrics. And for some reason, turned out to be Tony's and my first song. Rob and the boys are great!
I saw them in concert in California with a friend of mine. Hot, hot, hot is all I have to say! Tony managed to get tickets to see
Matchbox 20 for my birthday. We sat a little further away than I want. Despite being sick, they still bring down the house!
Mostly recently Tony and I have fallen in love with the band Barenaked Ladies. We actually put them on top of our list. They are crazy
guys that love what they do. I can't even pick a favorite song, they are all so good! Tony and I went to an all day concert that a local
radio station put on. There were a range of artist and groups there. The headliner was Barenaked Ladies. We ended up sitting to one side
in the front row!!! How cool is that??? Not only that, but I could see Ed's beautiful blue eyes! :o)
